Brown Family Agency scopes each engagement around your timeline and budget, then staffs it with the specialists the work actually needs. You get a clear plan and a single point of contact from the first call through launch.
What's included
Run one on its own or stack all four into a full brand-and-website build — either way, the same two people scope it and see it through.
Pricing
Three fixed-scope packages cover most brand-and-website projects, priced up front so you can budget before the first call. Anything outside them, we quote to scope.

Bigger than a package?
A migration, a store, or a multi-brand rollout gets priced after a short call, not off a rate card that ignores your specifics.
Step by step
Five stages from the first call to the day it ships.
A 45-minute call to pressure-test the idea and confirm the budget. If we are not the right studio for the work, we say so here.
A written scope, a real timeline, and a flat price you can take to whoever signs off.
Working pages you can click through, not static mockups. Feedback lands on one board so nothing gets missed.
Development, accessibility checks, and performance testing run together, not as a separate pass at the end.
We ship, watch the first week of analytics, and hand over a site your team can edit without calling us first.
Questions
Every project gets a written scope, a named point of contact, and a fixed price before work starts. What's in scope depends on which services you pick — the quote breaks it out line by line.
Yes. Brand identity, the website build, content and SEO, and the care plan are each sold on their own. Most clients start with one and add the rest later.
That is common, and it works fine. We scope around whoever is already in the room and stay out of their way where they already have it covered.
No. Every project ships with two weeks of support included; the monthly care plan is there if you want us on call after that, not a condition of the build.
Sometimes. Tell us the date on the discovery call and we will tell you honestly whether the scope fits it, or what would need to come out to make it fit.
